I help out making sandwiches during the lunch rush and then I close up the sandwich shop (dishes, wrapping food, cleaning grills and wiping down cutting boards). I then get prep for bread for the next day and then clean up the production area (sweeping, mopping, cleaning the table, and doing dishes).
